Restored my 76 FJ40 Instrument Panel but having trouble putting the Oil/Temp/Fuel decals on. Anyone have a good source for the decals...First attempt ending in abysmal failure!

Thanks for the tips guys... the top is in great shape but it has a few cracks in the old paint...I figure to slowly sand out, reseal and then paint.

Looking for a little help how to start prepping my fiberglass hard top for painting. Never worked with painting fiberglass so any help with a quick 10 step process would be great! Thanks.

Need some advice....taking the tub off the frame and wonder what kind of support the tub needs when off the frame. don't want to tweak the body and get it out of alignment. Is the tub tougher than I think? Want to be able to turn on side and clean and undercoat the boat of tub. Any suggestions...

Finished sand blasting my heat shields from under my 76 FJ40....anyone know what the factory finish on these shields were? Thanks.

I was referring to the hardtop cap.....So sanding down and resealing the fiberglass to stop the paint from cracking in the future?

At the point in my restoration to repaint my fiberglass hood. The non-original paint job has some cracks showing by not thru the top. Do I just want to sanding it down and repairer and paint or do I need to reseal the fiberglass? Thanks

Same here removed th engine cover and noise went away. Going to re-install and put shims in to stop rattle.

Wow... thanks for the great tutorial...I will check all my connections again and determine if I 'm going to step off and replace the stepper motor.
