Hello Firestopper! I have thoroughly enjoyed your rebuild. Great work and nice shop! I too have recently aquired a 31-710 and the only missing item is the belt tensioner handle. Appears to be either the NCS 59 or DDL 160 for replacement. Hopefully you can steering me in the correct purchase.
