Tried making a home made tool to crack it but it still won't go a d just bent the bolts

How to crack this locking ring, can't see to get it undone, it holds the injector timing gear on and I don't have the set, too expensive

Can anyone recommend an easy way to do the nut back up to spec, can I just rotate the engine till it locks and then tighten the bolt?

Yeah but it's loosened off, I've been using the base of the puller off that, should the base go inside the crank bolt?

I did try use the puller but it seems really stuck on there, just wanted to get some other peoples opinions doesnt that centre ring bit with the guide and the outer sleeve part of the pulley come off? it did have a bit of play in it after trying to use the puller the first time

Need to get that off, how to do so

yeah mechanic has diagnosed it as fuel pump not drawing enough ryco filter and less that 10,000 km ago

any recommendations for brands for the low pressure pump? struggles to supply fuel when the throttle is opened up
