I think I figured out my door ajar issue. It appeared to happen most often when it had rained. Who ever had replaced the windshield last used screws instead of water tight rivets in addition to one of the screws actually missing. I replaced the screws with my own home made waterproof rivets...

Problem solved cause: user error As mentioned before I was removing my AHC system as well. I disconnected what I thought was one of the connectors to the AHC globe - Driver side rear AHC globe. This line provides info for fuel level as well as fuel pump power is my guess.

Just tried disconnecting battery, cleaning terminals and still no start. Cranks just fine. I also disconnected the fuel line in the engine bay from the fuel filter and tried to start to see if gas was coming out - no gas.
