I have a 2014 and had to have the HDD drive for entertainment system replaced. I did this under an warranty. I thought it was AC blower, but it ended up being the fan bearing for the cooling fan for the hard drive system. NOT CHEAP.... sorry, but I have seen many folks with this coming...

I believe the 11 and up do not have a button to turn the system on and off. Does anyone know what FUSE runs this?

When I purchased the SUV it was working, but it is now not working. I thought it might be a fuse, but I checked #31 Inverter fuse.. Is this correct fuse for the power plug in the back? Thanks

UPdATE Dealership replaced the CD/DVD player. Fixed the noise. They covered it under warranty. hDD spinning I believe was the problem.

They just called and wanted this number off the bottom of the unit. Any idea? He said he needed "code". Are these units specific to each cruiser?

UPDATE Because I have warranty. I took it to the dealership. They say it's the CD/DVD player. I'm not convinced, but they ordered a new one today and will put it in next week. Anyone know if these units have cooling fans. I'm trying to find a photo of the back of the radio/navi unit...

My 2014 200 has a bad cooling fan in the HD radio/Nav system. It is making a loud binding noise. I am looking to purchase the fan to replace. Does anyone know if the fan is attached to the unit itself (possibly having to replace the whole radio/navi unit) Or can you just purchase the fan...

I believe it's a cooling fan for the radio and navi system which is not DVD based. It's a hard drive system like your computer. Anyone else having or had this issue? Certified warranty should cover it. Correct? How hard to get to radio behind dash?

Tonight I noticed a sound in the dash. Something like a cd spinning in the dash after I shut the car down. Ran about 8-10 secs then shuts down. I know our sound system has a hard drive. Could I be it spinning? It does it every time we crank the car and shut it down. New to me 2014

I noticed mine were not working properly this evening. This is a new to us 2014. I touched the black box on the windshield next to rear view mirror. Every time I touched the box the wipers would start. It's seems like box or sensor is not tight enough to the windshield. Any one else...
