Yup, 12 speed is inherently more sensitive to hanger alignment because of the smaller spaces between the gears.
And shifting issue, i check hanger alignment first.
The real crappy think about transmission is that if you catch the der on something, there is no hanger to bend, and the cage...
Some spontaneous decent weather in phx today. 88 on my ride, finally got to shake down the new megatower.
@OGBeno rode part of the route i took you on (xc territory) and this thing made it zero fun. It’s like riding a couch 🤣 need to get it on National soon.
I got some goggles and some old person inserts to go with the fullface and big ol enduro sled. This way I can actually see the drops i chicken out on.

There's a place in Tucson that does a course... it's like 2-3 weeks long and about the cost of a college course but you leave with a frame you built. On my bucket list to do.
I'd really like to build my own frame but every time I start down the rabbit hole it ends up costing too much in tools...
I haven't had great luck running hip packs with bladders. If I need that much water I tend to pull out the full pack. The heavier hip packs with the bladders tend to be real annoying to position or have to be incredibly tight to feel secure.
I have a PNW with a bottle holder and a High Above...
