Thanks, I found one, yesterday. I'm waiting on some foam for the seals, prior to installation. Everything I found says you have to take the dash out. I was able to flex the door enough to pop it out with a trim removal tool (https://tinyurl.com/AmazonTrimTool).

I am in search of an HVAC Blend Door for my 2007 GX470. Varmints ate mine. The actuator is fine. Should I just patch it, or replace it? PS: The tree rats were humanely treated and surrendered to a wild animal rescue.
