My driver side wiper has stopped working due to the ball and socket linkage failing. The socket, made of plastic, has cracked and won’t hold the ball anymore. Does anyone have any clever fixes for this? Or perhaps a part number to send me in the right direction? 1976 FJ55

Thank you. That doesn’t look like the same linkage as mine. I haven’t been able to find a diagram of mine either... rather odd. The little plastic piece looks like a replaceable part. Or just som clever engineering to get it sorted.
