Recent drought and this year's monsoon.

Wild weather day up north. 4.5” on my rain gauge since Friday. 3.75” since the rain started last night. This was as of 1pm today. Went and dropped my neighbor off to kayak pumphouse wash through our neighborhood this morning, then met up with @kelly saad and @TWILLY to chase floods. Made it to...

    UZJ100 to UZJ105: SAS build

What 37's are you running now? Not trying to clog up this build thread, but I have time right now and don't know of a better place to put this. One day when I have time I will make my own build thread - I promise. With a good set of coilovers and good geometry, you can make a solid axle ride...

    UZJ100 to UZJ105: SAS build

Radius arms aren't the worst suspension setup - i'd still rather have them then leaf springs. Simple, strong, reliable, coil springs, rubber bushings for a quiet ride, oem toyota parts - but I will NEVER pass up a chance to crap all over the downsides 😁

Recent drought and this year's monsoon.

Just got back from a couple weeks in Utah/Colorado. 8.3" in the rain gauge at my house south of flag since 10/10/26. That puts us at 22" since the start of monsoon season. Pretty wild wheelin trip as we started out on oct 10th, the first day of the big storm. Bounced around south eastern utah...

    UZJ100 to UZJ105: SAS build

Old posts, but worthy of a reply. Too much caster on a toyota axle can cause death wobble and will exacerbate play in the steering or panhard as it related to death wobble. too much toe in or out with a lot of caster (5+ degrees) can cause death wobble also. You have to keep in mind that when...

Where are you buying TYC radiators these days?

Where are you buying TYC radiators these days?

nothing has changed with the 80 series tyc radiators as far as I know. All of the cheap Chinese radiators use the same newer core design that is designed around electric fans in modern cars. Since electric fans operate at a constant speed and only pull a small fraction of the air that a...

Where are you buying TYC radiators these days?

Just fyi, those tyc and other brand Chinese radiators have a big issue that nobody seems to be aware of yet. Might not be an issue on a sequoia since the radiator is a lot larger than an 80, but it’s a big problem on 80’s. The newer core design of the tyc and other cheap Chinese radiators is...

Build What did you do to your Land Cruiser/Toyota/Lexus 4X4 this week?

Yeah that was a wild one. Shes smart, has done well for herself and is very attractive but is a complete idiot when it comes to men.
