2025 CruiserFest (SLC, UT) - 9/6/25 - Land Cruiser Heritage Museum

I started the year knowing my work schedule would limit my travel to Colorado in 2025. So I'm going later than normal this year. It also worked out for me to include a trip to SLC and the Heritage Museum due to my accidental timing. Then, to learn this happens during CruiserFest was the...

    Cost to repair hatch rust?

I could get it fixed. It would take some cutting and welding in a new area. I have a buddy who can do it.

    Cost to repair hatch rust?

They all rust. Even Texas 100s that haven't touched a grain of salt. There is wiring on the inside of the tailgate that is wrapped in a cloth tape and touches against the metal near the license plate on the inside. Soap from a car wash will get into the cloth tape and cause rust to form on...

Media The MUD 100 series Photos thread

The cleanest LC100 that I have seen to date was in Little Rock on Kavanaugh Ave, parked in front of Cafe Bossa Nova. I believe the owners were sitting in the window watching me take this picture. @orangefj45

Go "all the way" and replace the FAN BRACKET with a timing belt, water pump, tensioner service on engines with over 200,000 miles.

In my case, a starter every 325,000 miles with the number of creeks that ford, the design is worth it.

2000LC Replacement Charcoal Canister Options in 2025?

I'm curious if there is a way to resolve the rusty post issue with a less invasive procedure than cutting the canister body open? Could a valve repair be accomplished by drilling only a couple of holes, similar to orthoscopic surgery, but using a borescope and a small brush? The issue with...

2000LC Replacement Charcoal Canister Options in 2025?

I wonder if some of the issues reported are from old hoses and a purge valve that are deteriorating. I would like to replace the hoses and look into a new purge valve.
