Freaking love it!! There are some modifications I have made though. Replaced the velcro strap ends with NRS 1.5 in cam straps, which is SOOO much better than the double D rings. With 4 kiddos, we all fit perfectly and the sleeping bags just stay up there ready for the next trip. It has saved me...

I'm in a similar situation to wannaBEE, I have an 01 lx470 and kept the rear springs from my fzj80 when I put OME on it. Is there any additional components I need for swapping the 80 coils into the lx? Any down sides to the 80 coils?

On that note, I'm absolutely going to open up a drain hole in the bottom of my new one and design some sort of Tupperware drip cap to reduce the chance of this happening again. There is a big square hole in the bottom of the housing, but it has nice shiny factory tape covering it...grrrr.

"Sigh"... I'm afraid that will be my issue as well. I'm going to try replacing that little resistor, but hopes are not high. Has anyone found good prices on the A/C amplifier? It is a pricy little bugger from what I've found so far.
