I don't doubt that it would be able to go wherever I would want to go. I was just unaware. I'm curious if the lower ball joints in the rear have the same problems as the front. And I'm sure most of the problems I see with front LBJs are mostly user error.

Thanks for the info. I have a 2023 crewmax for work. Its not very comfortable for me. It is a base model, so not many creature comforts. It would help if the seat went down, and back a little more. It also feels a little cramped with the center console being wider than it needs. I never drove my...

Hi All, New to this forum, but not to Mud. I'm sure this has been covered, and I did use the search with not great results. I am a current LC owner, but I am looking at Sequoia's for a family road trip vehicle. this is something that will be used a few times a year, instead of renting...

    Scheel-Mann Vario Owners?

I'm guessing that he got the XXL, like I did. It is the most common seat, and I think they recommend it for anyone over 5'8". Plus, that is the one that they carry in-stock.

    Flipping radius arms

I'm guessing @SNLC would do a WAY better job of install than the guy who built mine did. The problems that I had were mostly crappy build quality. I can understand someone wanting to do this in the hopes of fixing most lift-related issues, but if the kit is $900, and Delta arms are $900, I would...

Removal of worm gear tension nut

Well, then I am all out of ideas. Good luck. Maybe because of the reverse rotation in the southern hemisphere, lol?

Removal of worm gear tension nut

The dent in the nut that pushes into the housing is called a "peen". you need to get a punch or chisel in that slot to make the nut round again before it will spin.

The pads seem evenly worn. This is a new issue, I'm guessing to be not hosing stuff down after my last trip out to the desert. But, I will make sure to grease the pins well when it all goes back together.

    Fzj80 shift solenoids

If it's shifting ok, you are fine. The most common solenoid issue is not going back into first after a complete stop. It's a LOT of fluid if its shifting fine.

They have the Z36 Extreme pads. I'm also looking at the Hawk LTS pads.

Yeah, its mostly a weekend warrior. This particular problem arose from me not washing my rig after a trip to the desert in November. There is actually quite a bit of rust under it just from those 3 days. I appreciate your take on the Powerstop kit. I will probably get OEM rotors. I'm gonna keep...
