    SOLD FS in Iowa / 1997 FJ80 40th Anniv $7,000 obo

I’ve been getting texts and calls on this thing nonstop today. Obviously I priced it too low so I did my research (which I should have done before I listed it) and I’m raising the price. I’m now asking $7,500 for it, which still seems very reasonable for this rig. If I can’t sell for that...

Alright I raised the price. That better? Honestly I had no clue what this thing is worth. My phone has been ringing nonstop today and everyone is telling me I’m way to cheap so I decided to raise the price to $7.500. If not, I’ll probably just keep it.

Also I forgot to add, it has a weird aftermarket alarm installed many years ago. Doesn't affect anything that I can tell.

Previous owner stated that he kept the truck in Texas all it's life and brought it to his summer home in Wisconsin every summer. I have driven it a few times on winter roads up here in Iowa, but not as my daily.

Thank you all so much for the input! It’s been kinda nice hearing others input lines up with what I’ve been coming up with on my own! I’ll obviously dig deeper into my research of baselining and catching up on all the PM and go from there. Keep the conversation going as far as more...

Am I nuts? high mileage '97 40th Anniversary questions

Thanks! Ya everyone's idea of off road worthy can be different too - my needs for off road worthiness is to putter around forest roads and minimum maintenance roads around the USA and Canada, hauling our gear with us and camping as we go.

Am I nuts? high mileage '97 40th Anniversary questions
