I have a 1980 FJ40, a few bulbs were out, except the left blinker and high beams. I disconnected the battery, replaced them with new LEDs, and only one works (left side) any ideas?

I had a mechanic change out the plugs, rotor, cables, pvc filter, adjust the timing and there was a vacuum leak at the base of the Weber. That being said, it runs a 100 times better! My next question, and thank you for your patience as I'm obviously not an engine guy, is with the Weber...

Not sure if this sound has anything to do with the issues, please take a look at this video and share your opinions. I'm not an engine guy per say, just trying to have some thoughts before going to my mechanic for fixes.
