Hello everyone - it's Mike Murray-Hudson from Botswana here. I have a 1978 HJ45 pickup bog standard, no leaks, no rattles (I also have two Land Rover Series 3s - leaks, rattles). My plan is to keep the car alive as long as I'm alive... Hope to be able to learn here! Cheers Mike

Hi Duncan - sorry if I'm dredging up this thread again, but I have an HJ45 with this pump setup. The over-injection magnet has long ago fallen out because the link was worn where it went into the back of the pump. Can you explain what the over-injection magnet is supposed to do? The car runs...
