Spent the morning on the phone with Cannon Gaskets and later McMasterCarr (refered by Cannon). I think that rubber washer has been discontinued. I'll check out ACE Hardware again.

Yep. I see it hiding in there now. Completely missed it before you guys pointed it out. Looks like the screw feeds through it to hold it between the handle and the bracket. Thanks guys!

Hello all! My wife and I just brought home our first FJ40. She's a 73. She came with boxes of parts in the back. The rear lift up door has all the latching hardware removed. I've located most of it (not all) in the boxes, but one of the pieces is broken, and I have no idea how to put it...
