Wow... that is extremely impressive! I replaced the two 4" and while it fixed the blown speaker issue they still sound terrible. Might look into this or go with a regular box

Appreciate the help! I actually ended up ordering those exact PowerBass units yesterday. I found a thread that said they use the same mounting holes and do the job just fine to replace OEM if they are blown. Will update this thread once i've had a chance to install.

Looks great! I might do something similar if I can't find one that fits. I'm pretty sure the 2003-2006 all need some sort of modification to the trim beneath the headlights/grille, which I don't mind doing if I can find the correct trim for a good $.

Even if the key used in the ignition is a sub and not a master? Thinking either that was his issue or weak door lock actuators

What year? I think since mine is a 2000 its a lot more difficult
