My first thread is locked and I want to post an update.
DIS/4WP never honored compensating me for issues on my LC and time lost.
Further DSI/4WP did not work with me ongoing warranty work; I'm now on my own.
Has anyone else encountered a beep when shifting from park into reverse?
I had the drivers mirror replaced and this started to happen immediately after and I've not been able to find a cause/solution.
I'm concerned about the front seals too.
The gear shop that repaired the LC said the seal was weird in that the rubber was brittle and missing the dust shield.
I also did not know 4WP rather the Toyota dealer was doing this work.
4WP has demonstrated gross negligence and one 4WP employees...
I just noticed the leak yesterday.
There is a bit of a whine too which I'd discounted since I've pulled the seats but now I wonder.
This vehicle has been re-geared and has an e-locker.
It's under warranty with DSI but considering they jacked this vehicle up so bad in the first place I'm not...
Has anyone run the Hotel Rock loop with a 200 on 33's? If so how did it turn out?
I'm here for Jeep Safari and was told turn out is poor and maybe due to fuel prices.
Also was told more people are camping than previous years with many hotel vacancies.
At <15K I noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I run RWs with 285/70R17 KO2s and don't tow or do a lot of hills and have an aux tank, aluminum skids and all rear seats removed.
Dealer advised to replace all brake wear items, said rotors are warped (yeah).... hypothesized that the wheel...
I hope you can get your skid plates off. I went to pull mine off over the weekend and they were installed without anti seize, thanks ed martin, and they aren't coming off without cutting the bolts.
