Thank you guys for the help! I ran it yesterday and all seemed back to normal. Saw a few mention in older threads that it takes a few start ups for things to get baseline, I assume that’s what happened in my case.

No crank, lights/radio all working as well as fuses in the box driver side foot space. Not sure where the starter relay is so haven’t checked that yet.

Yes the issue has been fixed. One of the connectors to the alternator was loose. Plugged it back in and the truck is running no problem now. Hope you get to the bottom of your vehicle issues brother.
