I ended up simply cutting the tail pipe off... rusted out anyway. I just couldn't reach the front center pin alignment with the smaller shackle pin in place. Ironman has told me to use a rachet, prybar, and possibly a jack to work it until it lines up with all shackle pins in place.

Been upgrading the suspension in my 87 60. Having trouble getting the leaf spring to connect to both pins front and rear. I had to take the smaller pin out of the triangle shackle to get the leaf spring to connect. Any ideas how I can have the shackle kit assembled all the way and installed...

Having trouble with figuring out where all these hoses go. After rebuilding the carb in my 1987 60... I can't get the hoses back in the right spots. Any ideas?

Looks like I may need to adjust the pedal side. I have temporarily placed washers as spacers to put the master a bit farther away from the booster to keep the brakes from locking up. I am wondering if there are any tricks to adjusting the brake side to shorten the booster rod a bit? Thanks for...

John indicated I had to turn the rod from booster to master a quarter turn to shorten it a bit. Seems like a simple adjustment. I did not adjust the pedal height at all

It came with this cylinder. Didn't remove anything from the old cylinder?

Just finished the drum to disc conversion with the JT Outfitters kit. Kit was awesome, everything fit great. After talking to John at JT, he was saying the rod in the new master cylinder starts touching the brake booster... as everything heats up it expands.

My 1974 FJ40 oil gauge is not working. Not sure about the steps to troubleshoot this one!? Also the battery gauge jumps quite a bit swinging back and forth as well. Just curious about any thoughts on these issues? Thanks
