My 100 series towed everything I needed. Including a 5500lbs dump trailer full of logs… on the Highway. Up incline it was working, yet did it. All with 33’s
The new 250, has more horses and ft lbs.
I’d suspect it will tow moderately without much issue.
You’re to smart for me, because I don’t know what your last post was implicating.
Perhaps intuitively stating that ones perception delegates the opinions stated by news organizations and that they have no narrative.
Anyway…
That 250 4x4 is awesome
😎
It’s been said.. and I say it again
Those that don’t own a Hybrid… don’t know.
The Battery dosnt deplete up a incline.
And then… it drops in power.
That’s not how the system works.
Say what you will… yet drive a hybrid/ full and loaded up an incline.
Pay attention to the power system...
What camper is that?
Can you show please
I want to use the 250 to tow
As it should be able to
I think the point was… if real deal towing rig is needed, best to obtain a Tundra .
I’m willing to bet the trailer you use, its under 6,000lbs ?
You can’t get a base tundra for $46k, unless it’s the detuned SR model
And a Hybrid model isn’t $3500 additional.
It starts at the limited trim level. So $62,000 plus!
I like your optimism.
Yet That’s like saying a Diesel gets better fuel economy, you just need to buy a fleet of trucks and...
Simple
Hybrid isn’t your preference
Yet… To me ,I own one now for years, knows its reliability and Benefits. Definitely my Preference
Not arguing or anything
Just asking… Do you own a hybrid?
Gx 550
65k+
17mpg
250
$55k
25+mpg
Yeah
I prefer a Lx 600 with a Trail edition…. with a modern diesel and hybrid engine
Yet I prefer to be realistic for overlanding
250
