    Should I be concerned?

Interesting, the space for the Lexus is quite a bit larger, or at least I feel like it is. I ended up ordering a salvaged one from a Lexus that was being parted out.

    Should I be concerned?

Found some other posts on the topic, sounds like any foam will do and it’s worth stuffing it there for the purposes of airflow. Now I’m concerned about the plastic cover, found one on eBay for $350. I don’t want to deal with overheating, and I have noticed on occasion that it feels like the...

    Should I be concerned?

Shoot, I guess I should have checked before giving away that front cover. Fortunately I do not spend too much time in the desert, but I do occasionally head to Vegas, so I may need to reconsider getting it back. So that little rubber material is called the gasket cover? Should I see about...

    Should I be concerned?

Popped the hood to use my battery for the tire pump, and noticed this strip of rubber or not sure of the material but it’s broken away from where it’s supposed to be along the top of the radiator. I removed the big plastic covers in the engine bay the LX570’s have last year, so unsure if this...

A Dash Noise - Help me identify

Figured it out, problem solved. The Amp for the sound system is under the drivers seat, a piece of gum wrapper (thin piece of paper) worked it’s way in there and was messing with the fan. Was able to stick my arm under the seat and fish it out.

A Dash Noise - Help me identify

Sooo… little noises bug me, but this is a step above a little noise, you can hear it over the A/C. I need to figure this one out, any thoughts, it sounds like a little Motor or gear mechanism is struggling behind the cd console. 2016 LX570, just got the 115k service a few weeks back. It won’t...

Confirmation on Tire / Wheel Purchase... looking for a thumbs up from LC pro's before I buy

I was close to pulling the trigger on the methods, but liked the look and price point of the TRD’s Tundra wheels. Also no compromise on the offset

Confirmation on Tire / Wheel Purchase... looking for a thumbs up from LC pro's before I buy

Yea, they were four locking lug nuts we had to cut off as the key was messed up. All good, just bought 4 new ones

Confirmation on Tire / Wheel Purchase... looking for a thumbs up from LC pro's before I buy

Just a little bit of rubbing when I crank the wheel all the way to the side, so will have to do a little bit of trimming. They look good though!

Confirmation on Tire / Wheel Purchase... looking for a thumbs up from LC pro's before I buy

Ended up going with the 18” Tundra TRD wheels and 275/70/18 Falken AT3’s. At the tire shop atm for install, pictures coming soon. Thanks for all the help on this thread!

Spare Tire in LC Trunk, similar to 90s Jeep Cherokee

    Ahh! Yea, don’t want that

Spare Tire in LC Trunk, similar to 90s Jeep Cherokee

Has anyone come across and/or thought about putting your spare tire in the trunk of the LC? I was thinking it would be cool to custom fabricate a mount that could take the place of the folded up third row seats. The 90s Jeep Cherokee have that spare wheel snug against the left side (drivers...

    AHC Sensor Lift Notes

Thanks for the thoughtful response, yep I’ll abandon this idea. I was initially concerned about the AHC and turned it off (the get out of the car lowering) and there’s another button where you can disable the up and down movement while driving. Tbh just driving on windy roads, to/from beach...
