Found a leak from improperly installed camshaft seals so everything has been redone as of Sept. 21 2023: - new camshaft seals - new crankshaft seals - new valve cover gaskets - new timing belt - new PCV hose Receipts included with other documentation.

New price: $29,500. Please do not offer me $20,000. I'm not going to respond to tire kickers any longer.
