ok, i purchased a new used engine, heard it run on starter fluid did the swap ,stabbed the distributer correctly tdc rotor pointed at four, valves 123 are closed but when i start it i cant see the tdc line or the bb. carburetor coughs like its too advanced but when i retard it, it wont run...
