I’m very happy with the GOBI. It’s extremely solid. With respect to MPG; I can’t offer much help as I did quite a bit of work on my cruiser so I’m not certain what impact the rack has. I get between 12.6 and 14.2 mpg depending on conditions, weight, setup, etc. Hope this helps!
