Hello, I’ve just installed a new timing belt and tensioner on a HDJ80. Everything is lined up on BDC as per fsm, however when turning the crank pulley clockwise by hand until the camshaft pulley is on TDC the crank pulley and injector pump pulley are slightly past TDC. See photos attached...
