Worked like a charm. Fan was still good, so I was only out the cost of the relay. Thank you John and thanks to everyone that responded!

Haha. Good question. I am replacing the old relay first to see if my fan is dead too. The other relay had the silver wand as a thermostat. It was awful.

I've got some wires coming from under this tab on top of my distributor.
