Adding photos - left is in great shape; right door panel got a small chip in my trunk

I have used left and right rear door panels available for LX570, I don't think there's variation across the facelifts, but not sure. They're 12 years old (2014), but in great shape. If anyone wants them, I'll take whatever price you think is fair. I'm in Santa Monica.

Yeah the repositioned vents and start button are what really worry me. Some of those tweaks may fail and it seems like it'd be complicated to undo. I think I was mostly swooning at the dials on this horizontal screen versus the vertical ones. You just talked me out of it. Thank you
