    Front Radius Arm Bolts 90119-16003

First I would like to thank you for the time to measure your bolt and respond with the information. I did measure my bushing prior to asking about the hardware. I measured .628 (16MM). This confused me as I did not think a 16mm bolt would fit in a 16mm hole. My caliper was not of the accuracy to...

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Making progress on my SAS. In the past two weeks I have located the axle under the LC front to back / left to right. I then fabricated some brackets out of 3/16" plate, ordered factory hardware and then tack welded it into place. The radius arms are not longer on a jack stand. Next up will be to...

    Front Radius Arm Bolts 90119-16003

Measure at the threads or near the head of the bolt and you should see a full 16mm. The middle of the bolt has a thinner waist (15mm)

    Front Radius Arm Bolts 90119-16003

I posted a few photos on the 100 series board. I think you can search my username. I am in the early stages. Sourced most of the big items, removed the IFS and welded the rear radius arm bracket

Are these M16 Bolts? I am doing a SAS project on a 100 series. I am fabricating my own brackets and need the drill bit sizes

What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Completed most of the demo over the past few weeks. Today I have tacked the rear radius arm bracket in place and started located the front axle. No build thread just posting photos of the progress.

I don't plan on doing a build thread. Suffice to say every choice you make impacts others. I started with several requirements (no spacers, big tires, minimal lift). This will be a build that fits what I want in a LC. I don't mind cutting fenders or other mods if it will get me to my end goal...
