My passenger side rear upper control arm frame mount is about toast from all the damn Wisconsin road salt, anyone have any ideas for replacing it? I’m thinking tracing the driver side mount and fabricating my own but was curious if anyone had a source for a replacement.

i pulled the lower part of the dash out and got to it that way, not the most fun but not the hardest either

same happened to me, im pretty sure i disconnected the connector at the switch and then pressed the button and then plugged it back in.

are 2000 land cruiser and lx470 hvac controls interchangeable as far as wiring is concerned? much prefer dials to buttons

I understood the splines being at the birfield, not the drive ends, but yeah the price is what has me suspicious

looking for cv axles and i found :Rockridge4wd and Overland kings but cant find anything on Nitros website. does anyone have experience with these? overland kings site says they are a 30 spline upgrade from stock 27 but also says not designed for offroad use.

so I havent posted in a whe but I'm finally getting around to doing the ring and pinion on my busted front diff and was looking for a guide but cant seem to find anything. does anyone have a link to an idiots guide to front differentials? thanks in advance, your help is greatly appreciated

no worries dude, I dont get spun around the axle on ego. I'm pretty new to the land cruiser scene and toyotas in general so this was 100% operator error lol. I was trying to seesaw the wheel while looking for some traction but after trying the scalpel I went for the hammer and impatience took over

yeah that's kinda what I was thinking. I'm about to see what kind of mileage I get in rwd only so that might convince me to do a part time kit as well.
