I went out and bought a 20v dewalt impact. Zipped it off like nothing. Had to rip the whole front apart though. Machine shop is making me a special tool out of 1/2" steel. It will go over the balancer and connect to all 6 (or 4 for 1HDFT) bolts. Super beefy.

On a side note.... any of you 80 series folks. I need to turn up a factory non-EGR 1HDFT crossover pipe. I'm sure someone has ripped one off for an intercooler. I tried classifieds but haven't had much luck :cry:

THANK YOU! I ordered from them about a week ago, it showed up today. Planning to use with OTC 5021 compression gauge. Just need to buy an adapter for the snap fitting. Easy.

This isn't much information to go on. Are you experiencing any of the following... Oil consumption Exhaust smoke Starting issues/low compression symptoms Have you checked valve clearances? Is there also blow-by from your oil dipstick tube? Compression test results?
