Yeah, probably, but Toyota short blocks vary in price wildly from dealer and region. That’s why most of us order from the other side of the world. That’s also why I’ve bought my short blocks from somewhere in the SE Region…they usually have the lowest pricing IME.

I’d shop around a little more. I’ve bought a few short blocks and paid $2,800 for the first one ( massive sale) and $3300 for the second and third relatively recently. Maybe a year, by a loose estimate.

Professional job…knowing the kind of work you’ve chronicled, I’d bet you did an excellent job on the carpentry.
