Hey mud, I was looking at some potential wheel options for my 105. I currently have 285/75r16 tires on stock 16x8s Will I have issues with inner fender/frame/radius arm with a +10 or +12mm rim? I’ve found some info for >0mm offset on 105s but not much on <0mm options. Thanks.

Been chasing a small DS coolant leak. Replaced the ACSD coolant hoses, I really hope that was the leak. That top fitting out of the block really doesn’t prepare you for the torrent of coolant that pours out the oil cooler. Anyone have experience with cold starts after an ACSD delete?

All back together, just need to install the snap rings in the mail and seal the cases. (Then I guess I also have to put the box back in the truck). 5 forward 1 backwards, hopefully it doesn’t explode. All new bearings, input shaft, and made sure my thrust clearance was good.

I am looking to refresh my R151F behind a 1HZ. What are the differences between the early turbo 22RE boxes, the 80/105 series boxes, and the 07+ boxes besides the tail shaft housing and output shaft splines? Will a BK163DWS rebuild kit be correct for my gearbox? (Gearbox was from 1998). Thanks

Yes the truck left the factory with a center diff but the truck will move regardless of my CDL selection. I have the case out now and I think it might just have a spool in it. Haven’t taken the case apart.

Does anyone have any tips for removing the T case lever lock pin? I cannot get mine out. Alternatively how difficult is it to remove the entire t case lever with the transmission in the truck. Just pulling the trans and want as much room as I can get
