On Last ride ,the d@!n phh started, set in finally to fix it. Hood off ,and cut some out of the inner fender well, made id alot easier. May be a big ride comming up in a few weekends. We'll see what happens

i did finally did a quick walk around video.

Was looking over the post and noticed i haven't posted any trail pics. Old phone sunk in river, so these are the only ones i have. Not the best.

I would have to dig the brand back up, but got it off ebay.

Heat wrapped and got 02 mounts on. Put a turn down on rear for now. May see if i can get my buddy with an exhaust bender to run it out the rear later. Was just seeing what i could do with off the shelf parts

Laser burnt 3 hole flanges, and pipe welded.

Getting a little more done . Designed and burnt my 3 hole flanges for muffler end. Just used autostore sections of pipe. Got it trial fitted, now have to get hangers mounted, get a turn down, and see if i can get the 02 sensors fit in.

The muffler changes. Started out with the small one. Drone would give you a headache trail riding at around 1500 rpms, went to the middle walker quiet flow. It did better still had low rpm drone, so gonna try this bigger walker quiet flow. Im waiting on some 3 hole flange gaskets to show up...

Easy part done, now to the pipe and muffler.

Got my new head to exhaust studs and nuts in, laser burnt a new flange to fit the 2.5" to 2.250" pipe adapter. Trying to get plenty of room between pipe and transfercase.
