I have figured out the situation it was an over looked fuse that looked intact but wasn't. Passenger side fuse #52ECU-B210a Power door lock system, Power window. It's the top farthest corner fuse.. you're welcome.. now my mirrors work windows all open when holding the u lock button..

Did replacing the BCM work for you? I have the same problems
