I really don't know. I would guess is the speedo is in MPH it is usa? IDK. I had heard or read somewhere that there were something like 200-300 of them made. Not sure if that is accurate. I know in my time with these trucks I have seen maybe 5-6 in all my years of looking. Maybe....

So I have come across a couple of US spec (I assume) 1984 diesel 4x4 trucks. One is non-turbo, the other is turbo. Truck #1: 300K. New head, upgraded cooling system etc. Decent shape, needs paint but it is a daily driver. Guy claims 16-17 MPG driving 60-65. Says it hits 50 on hills...
