hi tacoma and others.... long time no see...... well, when I joined the 15bft engine with the h55F gearbox, i had to remove the bigger "Flywheelhousing" behind the big flywheel on the 15bft engine...... then the engine would fit directly to the gearbox, using the smaller flywheel from the "new"...

hi, running a bit fast yes, still making some adjustments, the engine runs great, but however I am not pleased with the idling sound .... u cant hear it on the video, but I have to go see the diesel guru later this comming week..... it like not running 100% straight.... sounds a bit of on one...

the dyna truck i pulled this engine from must have been running on bad bad bad diesel ......

I diced to renew my injectors as well ...... the only right thing to do when i have come this far...... good call..... first nozzle in the test pump got stuck in first test, opened okay with spay of diesel at approx 150-170 bar, but after that it opned right up at 15 bar .... 3 straight line of...

......go for it..... people would say ... " why ?? " ..... the answer would be " Because I can and nobody else has it "..... thats reason enough for me... ;-) ........

pump is back ...... now I know what to do this weekend. Price : 1534,- euro ....... incl. tax and wat and whatever ...... I´ll keep you guys postet.

or....you are using a rotor pump....which means this is absolutely of no use for you....;-) .... magnet valve is still right i belive..

hi, perhaps i can help. i have just installed this 15bft engine in my BJ75. It seems to me that you are missing some pipes and / or the filter unit on top of the pump. on this pump you will see 4 open diesel fuellines. the one on the upper part of the pump is a small hose carrying return...
