Thanks for all the info here all! If you were curious, I did not move forward with this one. In person was worse than the photos appeared. Pretty large frame holes.

Question is as the title states- is this too much rust on the frame? Looking at buying this 89 FJ62 from FB. Carfax shows it lived in PA for about 10 years and then Georgia and then Texas. If this helps at all. I’m not a welder but this is a $3,000 truck that runs.
