Unlike the other windows that fully close when the switch is activated, the driver's window stops and the switch must be pulled again for it to go all the way up. What causes this and is there an easy fix?

Just had T pieces replaced by a mechanic on my 2006 LX 470 with 135k miles. Wow! One T piece was solid but the other had big hunk missing from a crack and one side crumbled when I pressed squeezed it between my fingers. Disaster averted thanks to reading this forum. Thanks guys.

No. He thought it was a wiring issue.

Our 470 went silent. A local audio shop tried to fix things and was briefly able to get sound moving amp wires but not able to perform a fix. We are relocating soon and I'm looking for a recommendation of a shop that can get the system working again.

Spark plugs were changed around 120k. I don't believe differential fluid has been.

The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 90k at least a decade ago. The coolant was also changed, not sure about transmission fluid. AHC fluid is original but besides stealer whenever I've asked at other shops I get a blank stare. Looking in maintenance manual they don't list separate...

My '06 LX 470 is occasional making brake squealing sound when backing out of my driveway. I have an appt. with local shop for inspection. What is fair pricing for OEM pads alone, pads + rotors jobs?

Cleaned MAS. Idle went down 200 rpm but I can still feel the engine is running. Throttle body cleaning is next...

Filter clean. For MAF cleaner is electrical contact cleaner spray ok?

The Lexus was so quiet at idle for years that I sometimes didn't know it was running and tried to start it again. My 2006 has 160k miles and while not terrible I can feel it idling. Is this due to motor mounts aging? What causes this, what can be done to remedy, and how much would it cost?
