Report for last oil change finally came in. This consistent antifreeze contamination funny business is bugging me. Interesting as sometimes it's pretty high and sometimes it acts like it's going to decrease to unproblematic territory. Any ideas?
i suffer from cold-ass syndrome in the winter. I like the dual-stage option, lol. Anyways, I'm guessing the two mystery wired on your camry switch are + and - for the switch backlight. I believe on all the cruiser switches, the - for the backlight ties into the rheostat circuit and the + is just...

Probably unhelpful for the switch that you have. But here's my plan with switches from an RX300, with wiring diagram.

I get my oil tested after every oil change. Expensive, but i like data. Just sent in another sample from most recent oil change at 248,845. Here's the results from the 244k-220k miles. It's always somethin. They keep finding evidence of coolant. HG doesnt appear to be leaking upon testing. I...
I haven't looked back at this thread in ages. Thanks for the expertise!! Since starting this thread, I still have my RX300 switches sitting in my dashboard, unwired, no seat heaters installed. As many of my car projects tend to go. Very helpful research above.
I have a rear wiper arm for an 80 series for sale. The part # says it's 91-92 but I can confirm it'll fit 91-97. I bought it new 5 years ago so it's lightly used but still looks new and puts plenty of pressure on wiper/rear window. $40 OBO. Located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Alright so shop replaced the brake line with a slee extended steel brake line (I'm in Utah now, they got it from Cruiser Outfitters), replaced the drums, shoes, and hardware, and did a fluid flush. I reminded them twice to pay attention while flushing the brakes as it's apparently tricky. Got it...
Didnt lift it. OEM shocks and dobinsons springs that are good for stock height. But i believe the lines are original. So i will get them all replaced as well as figuring out how to keep the one away from my exhaust... OEM brake lines still available? I can ask the shop to find OEM for me if...
I was on the highway at about midnight and felt my brakes go to the floor as i was getting off the highway. I could still stop it by going to the floor. I pulled into a parking lot and saw smoke (probably brake fluid that came off the exhaust) and saw that one of my brake lines in the rear went...
