So the Problem with the Old lexus and toyotas before 2004 is they came with the 4C chip. Its a glass chip and unfortunatly once the vehicle gets old Adding a new chip becomes near impossible.. Im a locksmith and I usually Clone the chip on these Pre 2004 vehicles and that works like a charm.
