I changed the front wheel bearings and replaced the Alternator. Having issues on the throttling though. I m.guessing it is a vacuum issue. Not sure though. As soon as I rev the engine it labors also rich on fuel. I see the VSV was not connected and not working so looking for a replacement then...

I have a Land Cruiser 1991 Model engine is a 1HZJ80 deisel. I have been having issues with the throttling, it's laboring and smells rich with fuel. I noticed that the VSV was not connected but some pipes are missing how and where is this connected? I'm guessing one line goes to the Air Cleaner...
