Thanks Curt. Yep, we have the usual auto parts stores here. I think the problem may have been that it's a Sept. 76 FJ and that splits two carb kits. My hole is 7/16". Did you get you rebuild kit from a local parts dealer?

Hey Guys, I ordered a rebuild kit from CCOT (it was close and I needed it fast). When I got the kit the accelerator pump boot was the wrong size. They apparently knew there was a problem with the kits having the wrong size boot, and sent it anyway. They said they didn't have the correct one...
