Yeah all good cheers mate. I read elsewhere the haynes wiring diagrams didnt match a lot of the cruisers so went back through the wiring and matched the new volt reg to suit.

Thanks for the input. The wiring didn't match any diagrams and the new alternator was wired differently. Got it sorted

Thanks heaps mate, they stay on even with higher revs. I will search for a post about re soldering the relay I took mine apart but nothing stuck out that looked that it needed to be re soldered. Cheers
