whats the center drive shaft's rotations per minute if you have proper gearing for exanple like 31" and stock diff gears, or 4.56 & 33" tires, 4.88 & 35" & 5.29 with 37"- they should all be the same. ive decided to do an electric conversion ev vehicle.
yeah thats a good other option to do what you said and havr those 31's i have on the. im sort of looking for something that wont sink in the sand as quick so i might even hook my front drive shaft back up but not likely. best thing i could do is use the irok's for the ribbed style. all terrains...
i like the 44x19.5x16.5 boggers im going to do them all the way around. thats very close though hah. it will be used in the sand so your right on!! im considered using the intercos that have almost a ribbed construction but ive heard both that boggers are good in sand up front as well.
the truck isnt going to be 4 wheel drive, im removing the front drive shaft and gutting the axle so the weight of the v8 counter balances with the roll cage weight im takung out power steering because that takes weight out of the front im taking out abs as well and the v8 weighs 200lbs wet. so...
so these engines are only good if the previous owner changes the oil and bot just tops them off. also depending on if you gollow other maintenance. ive got an engine for sale right now it has 217k on it and were the original owners, my dad bought it new and drove it to seattle and back from...
im cutting the back portion off all the way to the uh about the rear lower control arm and im welding in a roll cage to make a 4 seater. so it will for sure look like a 40. and thats funny becaise the 40's and 70's arent considered luxary either. the 55 is 60 is 80 100 and so on are all luxary...
i need to know what i need to do to run 44's do i need a center differential? or can i jist mate the rear drive shaft to the transmission. 520 hp heart with turbo. high pinion limited slip differential in the rear. and the cruiser weighs about 2000lbs
okay ive kind of thought about that. im possibly not mating the factory transfer case and just mating the drive shaft to the transmission also im doing a high pinion limited slip differential from eaton.
