Yes. Kaymar sells just the swing out kit without the bumpers.

Installed some cheepo tail lights in the Kaymar bumper. Getting pretty close to having this bumper project wrapped up. License plate light and the panels that cover the hinges and I think that’ll be a wrap.

Man I hate to hear that, I know tracking down noise is a pain. I have the rhino rack platform with there back bone system. No creaking to report, just wind noice that I’ve found manageable. I don’t have any experience with the Prinsu racks but hopefully some one on this forum could help..
