Think you're right, only wrecks I've seen are the 5 speed auto, which is what I'm thinking of running with. Take the whole engine/auto/ecu. Hoping that taking the factory combination will eliminate that, still have to wire the rest of it up.

Interesting, thanks. Thinking I might just use the 5 speed auto that comes from the uzj100's, unless a custom bell housing is cheaper.

G'day, fully agree. However, couldn't find too many posts answering my questions, about how difficult the swap may be, so I myself could figure that out. Just hoping to learn from people's experiences and then add my own.
