Just finished the Alu Cab conversion on my 95 Troopy

here's a pic of my recently completed 80 series frame and axle swapped 60 doing the crack on 7mi rim out in Moab this past April.

1995 FZJ Troopy, we use this as our camping and wheeling rig. I have done approximately 10K miles in it over the past 15 months

I used the attached solution for #3 & #4 body mounts when I did my chassis swap. You will love the new flex with the 80 series chassis. Great work on all the rust repair BTW. I also cut my rear inner wheel wells flush with the underside of the dip for the rear seat.

I put a dual swing out from cruiser outfitters on my troopy this past month so I would be willing to sell the one I have for $90 + shipping costs. I am north of DEnver.

here's the seller I purchased mine from. Looks like they still have some available. I purchased a set of shocks for my troopy a few months back from Australia and the teriff hit was $134.

I purchased a new Toyota one straight from Japan for less than $100 for my troopy. Got it on ebay.
