The edic appears to be operational, as viewed while starting up.
The issue seems to be solved by rpm at this point, I hear the click and bring up the revs and it's fine.

I'm trying to figure out what's going on, there's a relay or something clicking for a few seconds prior to the engine dying, this same issue seems to be giving me issues starting. Like turn the key and nothing happens, I replaced a fusable link and blew it within 12 hours.

Thank you for your responses and suggestions, Georg at Valley Hybrids has rebuilt my transmission and transfer case and I'll be loading up my truck and driving back to Vancouver this weekend picking up a 3B from EBI in the way.
Fingers crossed it's an easy switch and I'm back on the road south...

Unfortunately I have a broken crankshaft and replacement is difficult in the US. I might be back in Canada towing the truck soon.
I'm broken down getting towed to Oakhurst.
Sounds like I lost a bearing in my 1982 3b.
Looking for a shop or any help.

My oil pressure gauge is moving randomly while driving my 1982 60 series 3b turbo. At constant RPM the gauge will drop to the bottom for 10-15 minutes and then move back to normal, no change in engine temp or sound, no exhaust color or temp changes. Adding throttle doesn't change the reading low...
Cool thanks Mark, I'm going to test my battery to fuse box connection, I seem to have power today but yesterday I couldn't even get the radio or fan to come on when I turned the key.
I still have no idea what was ticking under the dash and tripping my glow solenoid.
The accessories are now coming on when I turn the key at least, radio and fan, the ticking is gone but as soon as I turn the key the lights go out and it doesn't even try to start, 12,76 volts in a one year old AGM with double the CCA of the original
