Thanks again! Still not looking good even for the LX because of that payload number. Maybe I will convince the wife we need to keep the GX and just buy an old cash 3/4 Ton truck for the travel trailer.
Thanks for the info... I wonder if the payload capacity is any better on an early LX570. Just checked my door frame on the GX and my payload is 1155 lbs
We are in the market for a travel trailer for a family of 4 and the ones my wife likes have a bunk room for the kids. The one in particular we like is 33' long with a dry weight of almost 6000 lbs and a hitch weight of 650 lbs.
I would hate to have to sell the GX but even adding helper air bags...
These coil springs are listed for the Tacoma but the guy selling them was running this setup on an fj cruiser. They seem to be the same height as the medium ome that are for the 4runner/GX
Found this setup (ARB/OME 90010 struts and 2886 springs) locally used with only 2k miles on it for the front end. Wondering if this would work for our 460's since these coil springs are typically for the Tacoma I believe.
www.bulbfacts.com this website was great for my bulb decision. I went with techmax led’s and wow what an improvement. I even bought some for my wife’s 4Runner they are great.
Bumper sale is pending. Comeup 12k lb winch with synthetic line is still available best offer.
EDIT: Double checked and my winch is the Comeup DV9. 9k lb winch not a 12k.
